you@web enables you to build your custom web solution. The centralized administration of the design elements in a Repository simplyfies maintenance and ensures compliance with the corporate design.

The web master bundles all design criteria within Content Types. The author selects the fitting type for his content, e.g. news. Font size, colors, navigation, header graphics, and other elements are completely preset.

One elemental building block of the Content Type is the Content Style, in which you are able to determine general layout settings like background color, background graphics, text color or Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).

The Content Presentation offers you a selection between a frameset or a table presentation and determines the depiction of the site on the web.

Navigators can be configured freely and may be displayed as a text or as a graphic. The web designer can use the navigators that are provided, or simply edit their color, order, or behavior. you@web navigators are dynamic and adjust automatically when content is removed, added, or given a new name.

The maintenance of the input and output forms is handled within a Template Database. In addition to building your own subforms you are able to adjust the you@web database design and develop Notes design elements like views or agents.

The you@web Design Manager imports the new elements into the Content Manager and thus enables not only design changes but also the enhancement of the functionality of your system.
