Pre-defined approval processes accelerate publishing and assure the quality of your web content.

In the you@web system the administrator defines approval processes via so-called workflows and assigns them to the different Content Types.

When an author has finished creating a new document, he starts the approval process by simply clicking a button. Then his colleague being responsible for quality control will receive an e-mail. Once he has checked and edited the document, the system will ask the editor in chief or the head of department to give their final clearance, after which the document is automatically published.
